# Política de Reembolso e Cancelamento

## Política de Reembolso

Após adquirir uma assinatura **Haiz Premium**, você tem um período de garantia de **7 dias (168 horas)** para solicitar reembolso. Para solicitar seu reembolso envie um e-mail para <mark style="color:purple;"><haizbotsuporte@gmail.com></mark> OU abra um ticket no [**Servidor Oficial Haiz**](https://discord.gg/7jjY59XY6J)**.**

Reembolsos **não** são possíveis após o período de 7 dias.

## **Cancelamento de Assinatura**

Você pode **cancelar** sua assinatura Haiz Premium a qualquer momento. Ao cancelar a **renovação automática** é desativada, os **recursos Premium** permanecem ativos até o fim do período já pago, **não há reembolso** por cancelamento (você mantém o acesso até a data de expiração).

Para cancelar envie um email para <mark style="color:purple;"><haizbotsuporte@gmail.com></mark> e aguarde o suporte do Haiz Bot lhe responder

Você não receberá um reembolso quando sua assinatura Premium for cancelada.

Após cancelar sua assinatura Premium, os recursos Premium permanecerão ativos na sua conta BotGhost até que a assinatura expire.
